To set a manuscript on a campaign you need the Campaign administration permission, or be on an administrator account.
Manuscripts are prewritten texts you can show in the dialer to your agents. They are written outside of the campaign settings and are then added to the specific campaigns in the campaign settings.

Adding the manuscript to a campaign
When you have created a manuscript you can go to the campaign settings for your campaign and select Manuscript at the top.
Here you can click Select Manuscript at the top right, to select your manuscript.
When you have selected the manuscript you click select to add it to the campaign.
When you have added a Manuscript to your campaign you can click the little box on the left to make the Manuscript show as default whenever your agent's open the dialer.

When you have added the manuscript to the campaign it shows up in the dialer in its own tab, your users can click the little tab with the title of the Manuscript they want to view to switch over to it.
If you have selected the manuscript to be Show as default it will of course do just that without needing to press the tab to open it.
