In Adversus, you can send emails. Using emails in Adversus can be an effective way of sending emails because of the possibility of sending emails based on triggers. Once a lead is saved as a success, you send an automatic email.
You can also, through our Journey module, create more advanced email flows based on triggers. Also, the journey module can help you "listen" to the activity on the mails, e.g., update a lead once the customer opens the email.
Besides having e-mails based on triggers, the e-mails in Adversus work generic. It means that the e-mails in Adversus can be generated based on the lead data you have. It is very beneficial when you have some standard templates that you wish to customize based on the info you have on the lead.
In the activity log on the leads, you can also see the activity on the emails you've sent to a customer e.g., if the customers have opened the email and if the customer has clicked on a link in the article.
