Requires administrator rights or the following permission:


Create a Journey that sends an email or SMS the first time you call a lead that doesn't pick up the phone. It can be an advantage if they've asked you to give them a call, but aren't available to take the call.

  1. Create a Leads Journey from the Start page.

  2. Give your Journey a name in the top left corner.

  3. Choose if you want the Journey to trigger on all campaigns or only on specific ones.

  4. Create the rest of the Journey as shown below:

  5. If you want to send an SMS instead, simply choose Send SMS as the action and add the SMS template.
