If you have created and attached an email/SMS template to a campaign, agents can send the content directly from the dialer. This is how to do it.

If you need help with creating an email or SMS, follow these guides instead:

  1. When an email or SMS is created and added to a campaign, the template is available for agents on the campaign. In the right side of the dialer, they can find the template from the Send email/Send SMS dropdown.

  2. A pop-up will then appear, showing the template before clicking Send in the top right corner.

If your template settings are set to send automatically on a status, e.g., Success, the template will not be available in the dialer.
